Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Aabhaa account and the personal data associated with it. Aabhaa is operated by Trutek Corp..
Option 1 — Delete From Inside the App
- Open the Aabhaa app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and associated data will be deleted.
Option 2 — Request by Email
Send an email to alleraidapp@gmail.com with the subject “Delete My Account”, sent from the email address registered to your Aabhaa account. We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your name and email address
- Your skin scans and before/after photos
- Your skin readings, routines, and progress history
- Your location data
- Your account profile and preferences
What Data May Be Kept
Payment and transaction records may be retained for up to 90 days (or longer where required by law) for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. After this period, they are deleted. We never retain your full payment card number, as payments are processed securely by Stripe.
