These Terms of Use govern your use of the Aabhaa mobile application and related services, operated by Trutek Corp (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using Aabhaa, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aabhaa. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Sign-in is provided through Google.

3. Not Medical Advice

Aabhaa provides cosmetic skincare guidance and general wellness information only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical or skin-health concern.

4. Purchases and Payments

Some features, products, or services may be available for purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices and availability may change. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in line with the applicable store policy and our refund practices.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the service.
• Do not use Aabhaa for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

6. Intellectual Property

Aabhaa, its content, and its branding are owned by Trutek Corp and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Aabhaa is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trutek Corp is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

You may stop using Aabhaa and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Aabhaa after changes means you accept the updated terms.
