This Privacy Policy explains how Aabhaa (“Aabhaa”, the “app”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Trutek Corp, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Aabhaa mobile application and related services. By using Aabhaa, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

Aabhaa is a skincare and beauty app that lets you scan your skin, receive readings in plain language, follow a routine, track progress over time, and book beauty services. The app is published and operated by Trutek Corp. For any privacy question, contact us at alleraidapp@gmail.com.

2. Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice

Aabhaa provides beauty and skincare information only. It is not a medical app, and its scans, scores, and readings do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Aabhaa is not a substitute for professional medical care. Please consult a dermatologist or other qualified healthcare provider for any skin health concerns.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to run Aabhaa:

• Account information — your name and email address, provided when you sign in with Google.
• Photos and camera input — images from your camera used for the skin scan and any before/after photos you choose to upload to track your progress. The camera is accessed only after you grant permission (see Section 4).
• Location — approximate or precise location, used only to show nearby beauty services and offers, when you grant permission.
• Payment information — when you make a purchase, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Card details are entered directly with Stripe; Aabhaa never receives or stores your full card number.
• Device and usage data — a device identifier used to deliver push notifications, and basic information needed to keep the app working, secure, and free of bugs.

4. Consent and Camera Access

Aabhaa never accesses your camera silently or in the background. Before your first scan, the app asks for your explicit camera permission through an in-app prompt, and a scan only begins when you choose to start it. Using the app does not by itself constitute consent to camera access or facial analysis — consent is given through the permission prompt and by starting a scan, and you can withdraw it at any time by disabling camera access in your device settings. The app remains usable without the camera; only the scan feature is unavailable.

5. Biometric Data Privacy

Skin scans involve images of your face. We treat this as sensitive data and handle it under the following rules:

• We use artificial intelligence to analyze facial features (such as texture, tone, and hydration indicators) solely to generate skincare readings and recommendations.
• We do not use your facial data to identify you in other contexts, build a facial-recognition profile of you, or match you against other databases.
• We never sell facial images or scan data to third parties, and we never share them with advertisers or data brokers.
• Facial data is used only to provide the service you requested and is deleted when you delete a scan or your account (see Sections 8 and 9).

6. How Your Skin Scan Is Handled

When you take a scan, the image is sent from your device to our secure servers over an encrypted connection, where our AI models analyze it to generate your reading. Temporary working copies created during analysis are deleted from our processing servers as soon as the analysis completes. Your scan results and the photos you choose to keep are stored privately in your account — encrypted in transit and visible only to you — until you delete the scan or your account. We do not sell your photos, and we do not share them with advertisers.

7. Third-Party AI and Service Providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate Aabhaa, and only as needed:

• Orbo — a skin-analysis technology provider whose AI processes your scan image to produce skin scores. Orbo processes scans on our behalf to deliver the analysis and is not permitted to use your images for any other purpose.
• Our own AI models — additional analysis (such as estimated skin age and mood) runs on open-source computer-vision models hosted on our own servers; your images are not sent to the developers of those models.
• Google — for sign-in authentication.
• Stripe — to process payments securely.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers (including Amazon Web Services) — to store data and run the service.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and our service.

8. Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Temporary copies of scan images used during analysis are deleted once the analysis completes; the scans and photos saved to your account remain until you delete them. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data, including your name, email, photos, scans, and location data. Some records, such as payment and transaction records, may be retained for up to 90 days (or longer where required by law) for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, after which they are deleted.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.

11. Children's Privacy

Aabhaa is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact alleraidapp@gmail.com.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of Aabhaa after changes means you accept the updated policy.
